''What vaccinations does my pet need?''

• Dogs are required to be vaccinated against kennel cough
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated against Parvo-Virus, Distemper, Hepatitus and Leptospirosis
• Cats must be immunised against Enteritis and Cat Flu

''Can I pick my pet up outside of office hours?''

Yes - by arrangement.

''Can I bring toys or special dietary food?''

You can bring what ever toys you wish to help your pet settle quickly. We can accomodate most dietary requirements and feeding patterns.

''What happens if I fail to collect my pet on the date specified?''

Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of your delay.  A new collection date can be arranged at that time.  If no communication has ben received within "a reasonable interval" we reserve the right to re-home the animal.
